Mascote Renovation & Property Solutions Ltd is a family run firm of roofers and builders based in Northampton. From here we work on homes and commercial buildings across Northamptonshire and the counties around it, and we also work across South West London. We specialise in roofing: roof repairs, new roofs, flat roofing, chimneys, leadwork, fascias and guttering. The same team builds loft conversions and extensions and carries out full property refurbishments. What We Do

Roof repairs
Our roof repairs cover pitched roofs, flat roofs and slate and tile roofs, along with lead flashing, chimney stacks, fascias, soffits and guttering. Damp patches or water marks indoors, missing or broken tiles, loose flashing and sagging gutters are all signs that a roof needs looking at. Roof inspections are free, and every repair is carried out by our own team.
New roofs
When a roof has reached the end of its life we fit a new roof in slate, clay tile or concrete tile. We look at the style of the property and how the roof will be maintained before we recommend a system. Roofline, leadwork and ridge tiles are part of the job, every installation meets current building regulations, and we remove the old roof and clean up the site when we finish.
Flat roofing
Our flat roofing work covers felt, GRP fibreglass and EPDM rubber, built as warm or cold roofs, with insulation upgrades where they are needed. Many flat roofs can be repaired if the fault is caught early. We find leaks and patch them, deal with ponding water, reseal or recover the surface, replace edge trims and check gutters and drainage.
Chimney and leadwork
Our chimney and leadwork service includes repointing, stack repairs and rebuilds, pot and cowl replacements, chimney removal, and flashing and sealing, all done with the right access equipment. In lead we fit new flashing, soakers and back gutters, and repair or replace lead around chimneys, valleys and roof junctions.
Fascias and guttering
We fit and replace fascias and guttering in UPVC. The work includes fascia board installation and replacement, soffit repairs and upgrades, gutter cleaning, repairs and new installations, downpipe repairs and roofline inspections. Peeling paint, sagging boards and overflowing gutters are the usual signs that the roofline needs attention.
Loft conversions, extensions and refurbishment
We build dormer, hip to gable, Velux, mansard and L shaped loft conversions, and handle the planning, structural work, plumbing, electrics and finishing. Our extensions include single storey, rear and side return builds, with help on planning applications, building regulations and structural drawings. Property refurbishments range from kitchen and bathroom upgrades to plastering, damp proofing, decorating, and electrical and plumbing updates.
